Project Assistant, Service and Production Planning wanted!
Location: Straßberg | Start: immediately | Full-time
Make planning a success factor! In this versatile assistant role (m/f/d), you will manage project milestones, optimize production plans and manage data. Your talent: Bridging interfaces, setting priorities and relieving teams!
Your tasks:
- Support of the project management in the planning, organization and coordination of our modular construction projects
- Creation, maintenance and review of technical documents as well as production documentation
- Reading and following technical drawings
- Assistance in the preparation of detailed plans in coordination with the design department
- Organization and tracking of internal and external tasks and process steps
- Interface communication between project management, design, production, service and assembly
- Deployment Scheduling
What you bring to the table:
- Completed technical or commercial-technical training
- Initial experience in the field of project assistance, project planning or production planning is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Teams; Knowledge of CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD) desirable
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and high level of commitment
